iICT Alliance Partners participated in the courses which consist of fundamental subjects for the ICT sector. All courses were conducted by the instructors of the Izmir University of Economics, which is the first foundation university in Izmir and in the Aegean region of Turkey.
First, the main course was about Strategy Development and Working with Generation Z including the topics:
•How the company will achieve its goals, meet the expectations of its customers and sustain a competitive advantage in the marketplace
•Understanding the Gen Z workers to get a sense of what they’re looking for in a work environment and what kind of tendencies they have, since many Gen Z workers are becoming the ideal candidates for companies opening up new positions in the ICT sector
