OLGU was established in 1993 in İZMİR to serve mostly Local Municipalities. OLGU aims to be a leader in its sector with services provided to the local governments and linked associations.

The company develops management information system software with sophisticated and experienced team members who follow innovations and work at the company for many years, provides services for selling hardware, education and technical support, turnkey projects and mobile communications.

The corporate headquarter is located in Izmir and there are regional representatives in Ankara and Adana.
